Other

Being the responsible citizen I am, I was helping my community by participating in a questionnaire... (ok, i confess... i actually just LOVE questionnaires. i love checking little boxes and being entered into a contest once completed!!)

Anyway... as I finished up, they threw some optional questions at me - income, race, gender sort of questions. But this one, I just didn't quite understand. Aren't there only two choices?? Am I missing something here??

4. What is your gender?

Since when was there something other than male or female?? Oh gads.

Only in Oregon. And maybe California. Or New York. But definitely not in Georgia. :)

It's for all those he-she's out there. Like the man in Bend having babies. Except for he is really a she, but she wants to be a he, so the world just accepts she for a he because she looks like a he and has a she for a wife. However you say it, he will always be a she. There are only two choices people! This world is just plain WEIRD!

I love Meg's comment! lol!

I have heard of people being born with both male and female parts. It's rare but does exist. Usually the person picks whichever gender they relate to the most! How different, huh?! Can you imagine?!

Sometimes I think our world is getting a little too PC, you know what I mean?! I'm all for fair and equal treatment, but come on people!!
