Let it SNOW!

I am a little girl today.

I woke up, jumped to the window to "see" and lo and behold, we had a blanket of white covering our lawn!! I couldn't stand it as I waited for the girls to wake up. They were just as excited as I was. I told them I prayed for snow last night before heading to bed and Morgan hugged me SO tight and said, "Oh Thank you!!!" as if I really had anything to do with it. Cutie pie!

I will get photos posted later after we have a bit of fun.

Enjoy the snow, fellow city dwellers!!!!!

{June 2013} Watching her favorite movie Lemonade Mouth, Delaney declares she wants to change her name to Stella. I asked her if I should start now calling her "Stella"? "No", she decided... "I'll change my name when I'm older."

I made brown rice with dinner one night and added a bit too much water, making the rice very sticky. Martin commented that it's okay that way... the more water in it helps it to digest faster in our systems. Morgan commented, "Oh. That's why pee comes before poo!"

Morgan made a comment about Indians (Native Americans) and Olivia corrected her by saying, "Morgan, Indians are from India. Native Americans are the ones with the feathers right here". (right here was demonstrated with two fingers over her head.) Good thing she corrected her politically incorrect sister!
