Sickie Boy

Christian has been sick this week, not too bad, but enough to see it in his eyes and NOSE. One day after lunch he just couldn't keep his little eyes open any longer in his highchair and fell fast asleep. As I tried to take the tray off and grab him to carry him to his bed, he freaked out! He wanted to stay in his highchair and nap. Poor little guy just wasn't himself. But I just loved this photo opp of him sound asleep, mouth wide open catching flies.

Olivia and Morgan have introduced their brother to the world of coloring pages. Here they sit on the computer googling Sponge Bob and Patrick and Squidword coloring pages. Oh the joy!

Cuteness

{June 2013} Watching her favorite movie Lemonade Mouth, Delaney declares she wants to change her name to Stella. I asked her if I should start now calling her "Stella"? "No", she decided... "I'll change my name when I'm older."

I made brown rice with dinner one night and added a bit too much water, making the rice very sticky. Martin commented that it's okay that way... the more water in it helps it to digest faster in our systems. Morgan commented, "Oh. That's why pee comes before poo!"

Morgan made a comment about Indians (Native Americans) and Olivia corrected her by saying, "Morgan, Indians are from India. Native Americans are the ones with the feathers right here". (right here was demonstrated with two fingers over her head.) Good thing she corrected her politically incorrect sister!
